A day in my life with a slipped disk… Not very nice at all!!!
Ok so some ppl many wander what its like to have a slipped disk, well i have been ohyiso n ac-punture for mine for about 6 months ish n it still not great, here is a documentary about a day in my life…
Here is a glimse into what my life is like at the moment, I got a slipped disk in my back while at work and every now and again get days like these where everything I do hurts

Cervical Disc Replacement using a Baguera Titanium Disc at C6 – C7
I had my C6-C7 disc replaced in July 2010 at 34 years old by Hussien El-Maghraby at the Coventry & Warwickshire University Hospital.
