Disc Pain Help

I took approximately 3x the suggested doses at the time, and noticed relief within a week, with near total recovery, after three long months, in two weeks.

Coincidence? Perhaps. But I doubt it.

This time around I did not have enough systemic enzymes on hand to manage the situation. I did resort to ibuprofen the first two days out of desperation, as much as I hate taking NSAID’s. It provided mild relief at 600 mgs, two to three times a day, I was not willing to take more. Absolutely dread them.

So, I had an instinct…went with it…researched it…and used it. Completely unexpected results.

Regarding Hemochromatosis, or Haemochromatosis, “HC”: If you know you have this condition (iron overload), you should not take mega doses of Vitamin C without consulting a health professional and making an informed decision. In my research, I have not found a specific case or cases where harm or death occurred from a mega dosing with vitamin C in relation to Hemochromatosis. But it is important to learn and be informed.

And regarding pH, my lifestyle leans me alkaline by design. This is covered in detail in my program. If neutralizing the acid is a concern of yours, research the use of non-aluminum sodium bicarbonate to accomplish that, as one option. My urinary tract happens to benefit from an occasional extra-acid environment, due to past health issues in the area. But it is important to understand that large consumption of an acid such as this may cause an acidosis condition in the body, leading to a variety of unpleasant symptoms. Countless ailments are often tied to an acid-leaning body. So I believe it is very important to monitor our pH, such as via the urine test strips, on a daily basis to maintain that important alkaline-lean, and to avoid the complications associated with acidosis.
